Sending Files to Seminar Graphics
Accepted File Formats for Slide Imaging & Overheads:
We can accept files from the majority of graphics and presentation programs for both Macintosh® and Windows®. Please call us if you have any questions regarding file types and our staff will come up with a solution.
For imaging and printing, we prefer to use files saved in the native format of your application rather than generic postscript files. This allows us to serve you better if any changes are required for proper output. We can make those changes here rather than wasting time sending files back and forth. Please download our tip sheet with instructions on how to properly save files from various applications for trouble-free output.
Getting the Files to Us:
You can send your computer files or hard copy to us in a variety of ways:
1) By US Mail or overnight courier
2) As an attached file on an e-mail message or
3) A file sent to our FTP site

**We accept files on floppy disks, 100 & 250 mb Zip Disks, 1 gb Jaz Disks, CD’s, or 44/88 mb Syquest Disks.
- By attaching the file(s) to an e-mail message to:
‘files at seminargraphics.com’ (for users with standard internet connections)

- Sending the file(s) to our FTP site by clicking here FTP SITE
-(If your browser asks for it, your user ID is anonymous and your password is ‘your e-mail address’)
-Depending upon your browser, you then upload the file (usually a choice under the ‘file’ menu)
